Patel House Presented Himachali Folk Dance Nati. An Interhouse Quiz Competition Was Also Organized For Classes Vth To Viiith On The Theme Himachal Pradesh. Tagore House Bagged 115 Points And Was Declared The Winner. The Principal Bestowed Certificates To All The Participants And Appreciated Their Strenuous Efforts.
An International Letter Writing Competition Was Organised By The Universal Postal Union. The Competition Was Open To Students Who Were Below The Age Of 15 Years. The Purpose Of This Competition Was Primarily To Develop Faculty In Composition And Subtly Of Thought Among Young People And To Contribute To The Strengthening Of International Friendship. The Students Were Registered And Three Best Entries, Both In English And Hindi Language Were Sent To The Postal Department On 06 Apr 2023. The Participants In English Language Were Divesh Of Class Viiib, Khushmeet Saini And Saujanya Of Class Ixa.
Inter House Junior Basketball Competition Was Organized In The School For Class V To Viii. The Competition Was Held Between Nehru House And Patel House. In Order To Encourage The Players Students Of Respective Houses Cheered For Their Team, Finally, Nehru House Was Declared The Winner With 15 Points.
Vidyanjali Is School Volunteer Program And An Initiative Taken By Ministry Of Education, Govt Of India With The Aim To Strengthen Schools Through Community And Private Sector Involvement In School Across The Country. The Initiative Connects Schools With Varied Volunteers From The Indian Diaspora Namely Young Professionals,retired Teachers, Retired Government Officials, Ngos,private Sector And Public Sector And Many Others. It Was A Bright Sunny Day On 16th Of April When The Girls Of Indira House Went On A Picnic To Polo Ground.the Girls Walked Joyfully While Singing And Enjoying With Their Companion.the Ground Was A Beautiful Open Area With Greenery Around And The Girls Bunched Up Into Their Tiny Groups At The Picnic Site.they Witnessed A Movie Set For A Punjabi Movie Very Close By. They Were Enthralled By The Trailers.the Girls Of 12th Class Took Initiative To Help Their House Mistress And Matron In Preparing Magi For All The Girls.the Girls Enjoyed Their Time In The Sun For About 3 Hours And Then Made Their Way Back To House.it Was Truly A Memorable Day For All.
Range Firing Is An Important Training For All The Ncc Cadets. Art Of Shooting Teaches Them Precision, Accuracy, Coordination Of Body Movement And Confidence Which Makes Them A Better Person In Life. On 13th April 20 Cadets Of Aps Dagshai Practiced Shooting In New Shooting Range Under The Supervision Of Anomr.dheeraj Gupta. Around 100 Pellets Were Used For Total Ten Targets.on 15th April Theyalso Participated In Swachtaabhiyan, Foot Poling And Cleanliness Drive In School And Dagshai Village.
