Apsdagshai Won 11th All India Major Jagpal Memorial Junior Inter School Basketball Tournament Organised By Pinegrove School, Dharampur From 24 Apr To 27 Apr 2023. Aps Dagshai, Pps Nabha , Daly College Indore, Mayo College Ajmer, Bcs Shimla, Welham Boys Dehradoon, Lawrance School Sanawar And Pinegrove School Dharampur Participated In The Tournament. Aps Dagshai Defeated Daly College Indore By 40-7, Pps Nabha By 35-12 ,pine Grove Dharampur By 37-26 Points In The League Stage. In The Semi-final Aps Dagshai Defeated Bcs Shimla By 31-06, And In The Final Defeated Pine Grove School Dharampur By 37-19. Himanshu Mishra Of Aps Dagshai Was Declared The Best Player Of The Tournament And The Highest Scorer Of The Tournament Was Vishav Thakur Again From Aps Dagshai.

The Investiture Ceremony Marking The Formation Of Prefectorial Board Of The School For The Academic Session 2023-24 Was Commemorated At Army Public School, Dagshai On 15 May 2023. Brig R S Rana, Commandant 14 Gtc And Chairman Aps, Dagshai Was The Chief Guest . The Ceremony Commenced With The Introduction Of The Chief Guest Followed By The Pipping Ceremony Of The House And School Appointments, Where The Students Were Presented Badges Enabling The Young Minds To Shoulder Responsibility. School Captain Boys, Barun Chauhan Administered The Oath To All The Prefects Where They Pledged To Uphold The Dignity Of Their Alma Mater And Discharge The Duties Given To Them With Sincerity.
The School Organized An Interhouse Poster-making Competition On 21st Apr 2023. The Theme Of The Competition Was “save Earth Save Life”. In This Competition 80 Students Participated From All Houses. Patel House Bagged First Position With 39 Points, Tagore House Bagged Second Position With 18 Points And Nehru House Got Third Position With 12 Points. The Winners Of The Competition Were Felicitated In Assembly.
An Inter House Poetry Writing Competition For Classes Vii And Viii Was Organized On 28th Apr 2023. The Students Composed Their Own Poetry On The Theme ‘nature’. Two Students From Each House Participated In The Competition. The Students Were Judged On Content, Use Of Literary Devices, Rhyming Scheme And Use Of Good Vocabulary. Patel House Bagged First And Second Position Whereas Nehru House Bagged Third Position.
An Inter Class Board Decoration Was Organized On 27th Apr 2023 Wherein All The Classes Decorated Their Boards. The Theme For Classes Fifth To Seventh Was Save Earth, The Theme For Classes Eighth To Tenth Was Our Earth Our Future And The Theme For Eleventh And Twelfth Was G-20. Class X-a Was Declared The Winner, The Second Position Was Bagged By Ix-a And The Third Position Was Bagged By Xi-science.
The Day That Recognizes The Essence Of A Mother Was Celebrated In High Spirits And Merriments. This Being One Of Those Occasions That None Of Us Can Afford To Miss Was Zealously Enjoyed By One And All. The Students Made Attractive Posters On The Theme ‘mother’s Day.’
To Inculcate A Competitive Spirit Among The Students’ The Silver Zone International English Olympiad Was Conducted In The School In Which 90 Students Participated. Out Of These Seven Were Awarded Gold Medal, Seven Were Awarded A Silver Medal, And Five Were Awarded Bronze Medal.
Silver Zone Social Science Olympiad Certificates And Medals Were Given To The Students By The Principal On 6 May 2023 In The Morning Assembly. It Was Conducted On 16th Nov 2022 Under The Supervision Of Ms.anupama Mehta. Total Seventeen Students Participated Out Of Which 5 Students Were Awarded Gold Medals And 1 Student Got Silver Medals And Appreciation Certificates.

He Explained To The Students In Detail The Various Applications Of Spacecraft Technology In Navigation, Meteorology Disaster Warning And Space And Planetary Exploration. He Explained To The Students Difference Between Launch Vehicles And Spacecraft And Showed Them The Different Segments Of A Space System. The Orientation Session Conducted By Drprakasha Rao Was Quite Successful. The Students Are Looking Forward To The Two-day Science Workshop To Be Conducted By The Brahaman Team On Comet Crafting And Hydro Rocketry In The School From 18 May To 20 May 2023.
